# Earn Yield

The [Earn](https://app.nika.finance/earn) page allows users to access yield opportunities available on supported blockchain protocols.

Through the Earn interface, users can view available opportunities and interact with supported protocols directly within Nika. These opportunities may include lending markets, staking mechanisms, vaults, or liquidity positions depending on the asset and network.

## How It Works

The Earn page surfaces opportunities available across integrated DeFi protocols.

When entering a position, a blockchain transaction is created that interacts with the underlying protocol. Once confirmed onchain, the assets are held within that protocol according to its rules.

Any yield earned is determined by the underlying protocol mechanics and market conditions.

Nika provides tools that allow users to:

* View available opportunities
* Enter positions using supported assets
* Track positions and balances

## Enter a Yield Position

### Go to the **Earn** page

### Select an opportunity

Browse available opportunities. Filter for specific yield types and sort by APY and TVL.

### Deposit

Select an asset you want to use and enter the amount.

You can enter using the required asset (e.g., supply USDC to a USDC position) or swap from another token in a single transaction (e.g., swap USDT into an ETH position).

### Review and Confirm 

Review the transaction details and confirm.

### You're done!

Once the transaction confirms onchain, the position will appear in your **Positions** tab.

## Manage Your Positions <a href="#monitor-your-positions" id="monitor-your-positions"></a>

The **Positions** tab on the Earn page displays all active positions.

For each position you can view:

* Current value
* Estimated APY
* Accrued yield

Yield-bearing assets also appear in your Portfolio view under the yield assets table.

## Withdraw from a Position <a href="#withdraw-from-a-position" id="withdraw-from-a-position"></a>

1. Go to **Earn** and select the **Positions** tab
2. Select the position you want to exit
3. Enter an amount to withdraw
4. Confirm the transaction

Withdrawals return your deposited assets plus any accrued yield, minus applicable network fees.
